Frequently asked questions How do we charge? We charge by numbers of servings and complexity of the cake design. Why do we charge by numbers of serving and not by weight? We charge by numbers of serving instead of by weightage as different recipe weighs differently at the same serving size due to density and how much it fluffs up during the bake. Each serving size is by default 4"*2"*1". We will be glad to adjust the serving size to cater to individual needs. The available flavours are: Devilish Chocolate : $5 each serving Rich and moist dark chocolate cake : filled with chocolate Italian meringue buttercream and/or dark chocolate ganache : finished with dark chocolate ganache NYC Red Velvet : $5 each serving Red cocoa and vanilla cake: filled with Italian meringue buttercream (available with cream cheese icing at $6 each serving) : finished with Italian meringue buttercream Razzle-Dazzle Butter : $5 each serving Classic butter cake : filled with Italian meringue buttercream : finished with Italian meringue buttercream Our Razzle-Dazzle Butter can be colored and make into a single colored tone, 4-5 shades ombre (+$10 ) or rainbow shades (+$30). Nutty Monkey: $6 each serving Roasted hazelnut in rich and creamy chocolate cake : filled with caramelized banaana and chocolate ganache : finished with dark chocolate ganache *Dummy Tier : $2 per serving Fake cake made out of stryofoam. Use when dealing with a small guest count but require a certain "big" design. (Do take note quotation is made based on cakes priced at $5 each serving, should you decide to opt for any other premium flavours will incurred additional charges) When is the latest to place order and what is the mode of payment? We practice a deposit of 50% upon finalizing cake design and order form send out to order to save the date as our calendar fills up fast and we only work on a limited amount of cakes per week to ensure quality and excellent workmanship on every individual cake. We accept orders on a first come, first serve basis. Orders will need to be placed at least 1 week prior to the event depending on the complexity of design as well. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of a cancellation. Payment for the remaining 50% will need to be made 24 hours prior to delivery time. If full payment is not received by due date, the order can be null and void, and deposit will NOT be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel a booking and reject any order for any reason, such as: non-payment, poor communication, unreasonable demands, etc. We accept bank transfer only. Cheques will only be accepted if it is corporate orders. Do we deliver? We encourage customer to self collect. However should delivery is required, we have partnered with the experience cake delivering company CarPal Singapore and its professional team of drivers (www.carpal.me) who also delivers for 12 cupcakes, Emicakes, etc. to do the job. Delivery will be charged at $20 island wide with addition $5 if entering ERP zone and/or $10 if exceed 30km from point of pick up. What is included with the cake? Are there equipment for rental? Cake box, cake drum, cake knife, basic candles, invoice and instruction note will be included. We do have a wide collection of candles for sales too. Do take note we only rent to our customer with cake order. Do we do cupcakes, cookies, cakepops, etc.? No. We do not do anything else but fondant cakes. However if there is a cake order and schedule permits, we are happy to make them to match the theme and/or even do the full candy table.
