SOUL FOOD - MADE BY MANY HANDS Incorporated on 11 January 2008. It was set up as a social enterprise to train and empower differently-abled young persons various cooking methods and techniques to produce high quality soups, sauces and desserts, with a hand-made, artisan taste and feel. Our specific training provides individuals the skills to be a part of our food production kitchen or be deployed to other like-minded F&B establishments. The trainees under-go different stages of training in preparing home-style continental cuisine, sauces, soups and desserts. Soul Food had partnerships with Delta Senior School under the Work Exposure Programs (WEP) and the Singapore National Employers\' Federation under their Apprenticeship Work Programs for PWDs.
