Learn the art of prata flipping and the art of teh tarik, and appreciate the skill that goes into making these seemingly simple dishes! Challenge your family, friends and co-workers and see who has the most hidden culinary talent! Who can make the largest prata? Who can come up with the most creative prata? Prata Journey is a one hour prata demonstration and hands-on session, conducted at the following venues: i.
