NeLi’s Ice Cream is more than just another ice cream shop. To be exact, we are a boutique travel-themed lifestyle ice cream café.

Our concept We have a passion for travel (so does everyone we’re sure!) There’s always tons to do whenever we travel, be it trying out new cuisines, exploring different cultures, seeing new things – whatever it may be, we are sure that before each vacation, anticipation is always high on the rocks and you may find yourselves facebooking, tweeting, or instagramming our excitement on every other possible social media available nowadays. Our shop’s unique travel-themed décor stems from our desires to share our passion with everyone else. Be greeted by our departure// arrival board style menu when you step into the shop, order from our friendly cabin crew who’ll scoop out your ice creams with a smile, grab a pint of goodness from the pint belt a la baggage style, and then begin your journey round the world. We’ve got travel memorabilia and souvenirs from our previous trips overseas (feel free to junk yours on the shelves!) as well as travel maps/ guidebooks/ magazines/ photographs on display for you to browse through if you’re traveling anywhere (or dying to visit somewhere but have no idea where to go!) Pen down your own travel tips on our notebooks or read about recommendations on where to go/ eat/ stay by other like-minded travel enthusiasts. Be it K-pop Seoul or downtown Manhattan or even exotic Sri Lanka, you can surely find some interesting snippets about these places! Our ice cream Every other ice cream shop uses the word “artisanal” so we’ll make it sound simple. We handmake all our ice creams from scratch – just basic ingredients milk, cream and sugars. No artificial flavouring, no colouring, nothing fake. Every single bin of ice cream is painstakingly hand whisked (hello triceps and biceps!) and churned in small batches in our kitchen. We squeeze the most out of our ingredients – vanilla pods are scraped clean of beans, premium early grey leaves soak a night (or two) before churning, bananas are perfectly ripe and caramelized, gummy bears bathed in vodka till they’re drunk – to ensure that our flavours are rich and luxurious. New flavours and mix-ins dance around in our minds every waking moment (even in the shower!) and we approach every new trial with excitement and anticipation. With that said, there are rounds of trial and error for each new flavour before it gets to wave to customers on our shelves. Sometimes, we even scoop out trial flavours for lucky ones in the shop for feedback.
