The restaurant is founded by a highly experienced Italian Muslim chef and his Indian Muslim partner. The chef has been in the F&B industry for over 24 years, specializing in Italian cuisine. KUCINA aims to provide authentic and high quality Italian food to its customers, both Muslims and non-Muslims alike. Now Muslim customers can enjoy delicious Italian dish such as Gnocchi (melt-in-the-mouth potato dumplings in salmon sauce). Price range is from $4-$23 (excluding service charge).
