Well-known Turkish dish of borek, cheese and herb stuffed filo pockets is represented on the menu, as are lesser known delights such as hellim izgara (grilled goats\' cheese) and the balloon bread, which you have to see to believe. The patlican kebab is a firm favourite, with aubergine sharing the skewers with tender lamb.
