A brand new concept; All Day Cafe under the wing of Catch \'n Bite Ptd Ltd.

Catch ‘N Bite came about when we realised that it was hard to find a fuss-free and affordable way of enjoying seafood sandwiches and tapas. Having sailed across the world in search of the best fishing spots, we wanted to share the great tasting seafood dishes that we tried during our many fishing trips. In fact, many of these dishes were eaten while we waited to reel in our catch. Our first few stops in the United States became a key inspiration for the first series of dishes that we wanted to introduce to Singapore. During our fishing trips on the Louisiana Bayou, Seafood rolls and Po’ boys became our staple fare. We’d make some before we left in the morning and tuck into them when we got hungry. Those creamy Seafood Rolls and crunchy Po’ boy fillings would satisfy us just like the locals claimed it would – as “Soul Food”. On rainy nights, we’d tuck into a hot bowl of clam chowder or seafood gumbo, just to warm ourselves up. There are many more seafood stories where that came from.
