It has always been my go-to bar for German beer and pork knuckle. Sadly, I have to drop it to 3 stars for this particular visit with my in-laws. Coffee machine is out of service. In-laws need to change to something chilled which is not their preferred. Was advised that the beer chilling is not functioning so beer from taps will not be cold. Wife and sis-in-law were like... They recommended bottled which is the same as tap so they go along with it while I got their special gin and tonic. Turned out, the bottled beer is not chilled as well. They did not finished the bottle and luckily they decided to order one bottle and try first else two bottle gone wasted. Food is pretty much standard and enjoyable. Hope they fix the chilling unit and coffee machine soon.

Nice food So delicious. The size of the main course is quite big enough for one person. Beer are incredible, staff are a bit rude except the middle age lady. The young staff are rude.

Food was good but we over ordered and couldn't stomach most of it! Good thing they had quick takeaway service to help pack our massive leftovers! Also, I like that mango beer! Sweet and refreshing! The bread basket that came with the pastes we ordered could be improved tho. Felt like the breads weren't warm and fresh.

To be Honest, it was pretty nice here :). I am from Germany and I must say the food here is very good and tastes wonderful. Sometimes it has a bit of Asien style in for what makes it just a bit better. The Service is very friendly. Like always in Asia. Sure the prices are a bit high if you compare it with Thailand or other Asian country’s, but this is normal for Singapur.:)
