63Celsius is a restaurant, bar and specialty coffee joint located at Asia Square Tower 2. Inside this street level space, we have created a bobo vintage main dining room seating 22 and bar seating 18. The outdoor area seating 60 is also available for private hire. At 63Celsius we produce honest food without borders. Seasonal ingredients are used to create dishes that draw influence and flavours from around the world. Our food is served from three menus – breakfast (weekdays), brunch (Saturdays) and our all day lunch and dinner menu which is made up of small and large plates designed for sharing. Our wine director has curated a exciting list showcasing New and Old World wines. Ranging from approachable Australian Cabernets and New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs to full bodied Napa Cabernets to Grand Crus from Burgundy and Bordeaux, the wines are carefully selected with a focus on sustainability, balance and vitality. Our coffee program is curated by our Head Barista Mr Hairol Haron
