"Torikin" originated from Hakata Japan to provide signature "Mizutaki" (Hot pot Hakata Style) as a soul food of Hakata.

Around 7 hours cooking our signature high collagen chicken soup with traditional cooking methods provides original flavor & rich taste. We are particular about all the ingredients even if for Ponzu Sauce, Yuzu Pepper (condiment paste made from yuzu zest and chili peppers) to provide as same services & Taste as Hakata Japan. "Mizutaki" provides the healthy & tasty chicken flavor soup, then add fresh chicken & vegetables to enjoy and it will create more "Umami" (rich taste) in the soup, then add rice into the soup to enjoy all as healthy meal.
