Flavours of Ho Chi Minh City, Memories of Saigon. Here at Moc Quan, we bring to you authentic Vietnamese food seen on the streets of Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. We believe that the best chefs in Vietnam are on the streets cooking in their one dish makeshift stalls. For the past 3 years, we have been meeting these street chefs and learning from them their secret recipies. Like them we also use the freshest ingredients. All our ingredients are brought over from Vietnam weekly where we fly over personally to hand carry back. We even imported a whole oven just to re-create the famous Banh Mi! Here\'s a glimpse of some of our dishes: Banh Mi (the famous Vietnamese Baugette sandwich freshly made everyday) Pho Bo (another favorite Vietnamese beef noodle soup) Rice Paper Salad (a unique Vietnamese salad with rice paper, herbs, spices) Ca Phe Chon (Vietnamese weasel coffee)
