Founded in May 2014 by retired corporate banker, William Chia whose mantra for the business is \'Savor, Satisfy, More\' translated into authenticity in the dishes, ambience and service at a reasonable price. Day-to-day running is left to his son, John, restaurant director and \'Ah Hui\', executive chef.
