Katong Kitchen is a halal-certified restaurant serving international cuisine with a focus on Peranakan favourites, influenced by the Katong area\'s heritage. Signature items include Ayam Buah Keluak, Laksa, Durian Pengat and Chempedak Creme Brulee.

In the heart of the Food District of Singapore, Katong Kitchen opened on 15 Oct 2013 at Level 4 of Village Hotel Katong (formerly Paramount Hotel). The restaurant serves up an international spread with a focus on Peranakan, Macanese, Asian and local Chinese fare, inspired by the heritage of it\'s surroundings.
