J65, the new-look all day dining buffet restaurant open to diners with authentic South-East Asian cuisine showcased with a modern market look and feel.

Aptly named J65, my new restaurant reflects the multicultural cuisine of Singapore. Straits, Peranakan and Nonya flavours are creatively prepared by our Executive Chef Frederick Kho. His signature home-style cooking, served in abundant portions, comes to life through the open kitchen. See a range of delicious dishes being made for your dining pleasure. Lunch The restaurant offers a wide selection of Western dishes and salads but also provides an array of hawker-inspired delights, made with fresh and premium ingredients. Expect servings of Singapore Laksa, Penang Laksa, Wanton Noodle and Ipoh Hor Fun. Sample Hainanese Poached Chicken, Teochew Soy Braised Duck, Char Siew and Crispy Pork Belly at the Hong Kong BBQ station. On Sundays, feast on unlimited servings of the freshest seafood and authentic Southeast Asian cuisine by Chef Frederick! The weekday lunch is available from Monday to Saturday, from 12noon till 2.30pm at SGD 29++. The Sunday lunch is available from 12noon till 3pm at SGD 55++. Dinner Enjoy freshly cut and finely prepared salmon sashimi and sushi along with all the seafood you can eat. Savour Tiger Prawns, Crab, Black Mussels and Scallops with numerous traditional condiments. Make sure to sample Chef Fred’s specialties, Homemade Crabmeat Popiah and Tandoori Chicken with Naan. Get hooked on weekends! Pamper your palate with unlimited servings of hot and cold seafood delights such as fresh Oysters, Tiger Prawns, Boston Lobster, Baby Crayfish, Rich Lobster Bisque, Chilli and Salted Egg Yolk with Crab and Black Pepper. This is a real feast for any seafood lover!The weekday dinner is available from Sunday to Thursday, from 6pm till 9.30pm, at SGD 45++. Get hooked on Fridays and Saturdays from 6pm till 9.30pm for dinner at SGD 55++.
