Located in the heart of Club Street, FRY Bistro resides on the roof top of unit 96. Set behind the scenery of Singapore’s skyline; get to enjoy a scrumptious meal along with a wine or two in your hands. One of the very few roof top eateries along the shophouses of Club Street, Fry’s timber furniture exudes a touch of vintage and has also become a hot spot for celebrities, professionals and executives to lay back and relax after a day’s work. FRY’s rooftop concept allows our customers to do some star gazing after a long day of work, catch spectacular displays of fireworks from our vantage point and enjoy great company and drinks while they do so. If you are in the mood for a little more fun, participate in the bingo games held weekly by FRY at our air conditioned 3rd level studio designated for private events. Tantalize your taste buds with our signature dishes such as Aunty Ang’s Chicken Wings, a specialty invented by Irene’s own mother and our Battered Mini Fish Fingers fried to a golden crisp on the outside with soft white meat inside that melts in your mouth. For the consumer looking for a healthier choice, indulge in the Homemade Potato Salad with generous servings of greens and a pinch of sinful bacon bits.
