ETNA should be very proud of Lorenzo, Manager of ETNA Duxton. Lorenzo bring services to a different level and show how valuable customers are to ETNA. We are regular patrons of ETNA. Today’s dinner has pink pasta with oysters and whisky. Lorenzo always remember my wife do not take seafood and he offered to replace with artichoke which we appreciated and accepted his recommendation. Lorenzo surprised us and our guests by going out of the way to prepare a small sampling for us to try out before proceeding to confirm the order. Such proactive service by Lorenzo really bring services to a different level that make every customers feel appreciated and delighted. Thank you Lorenzo!

Came here for Valentine’s Day 2020. They have 2 seatings and it was extremely crowded. Fortunately our table was cleared in time and we didn’t have to wait but I think some guests had to wait quite long. Went for the vday set and all the food was really good. The cocktail was a bit too sweet but other than that we enjoyed all items. Quite impressive for vday! Will come back again!

A great place to bring your guest of loved ones for a celebration. The service was prompt and concise. The food was as good as what you get in the good restaurants in Milan or Venice. We had the steak, fish and others. The price was fair for what you get in return. Not for the Budget conscious diners.
