Launched in Dec 2013, Café Bollywood is an Indian bistro & bar that serves to bring you out of the real world and step into the Indian cinema reel-world. The café was conceptualised by one of its founders, Muzaffar Mahmood, a Bollywood movies buff who wants to share and spread the love for Hindi movies. The café is painted red & gold, the classic colours of Bollywood signifying energy, vibrancy and youth. It is a cosy place with movie posters and famous quotes adorning the walls. The café also has its own “wall of fame” where customers are welcome to pen down a favourite quote from any Bollywood movie. From old classics to latest Honey Singh raps, patrons can expect to submerge in every kind of Bollywood music that was ever produced. Each day of the week, there is a different music theme attached to it with food & drinks deals matched accordingly. Café Bollywood is open to private and corporate events. We are willing to adjust our opening ours and provide you with the best packages, depending on the number of people the event is hosted for. Do check out our albums to gauge a better understanding of how our place looks like and what our menu tastes like. We are open to special requests on music and food. If you want it, we’ll try our best to have it or subsequently incorporate it. Being filmy and desi, we love to have footprints from all walks of life that add character and memories to our place. We are also in the midst of introducing live-band gigs where we will allow emerging talents and passionate individuals to collaborate and perform live in the evenings.
