BYBLOS GRILL was founded by Lebanese Master Chef Mohamad Salim who holds qualification of Degree in Hospitality and Culinary Skills. With more than 15 years of experience, Chef Mohamad is a familiar face in the Singapore Food and Beverages industry and many hotels especially Burj Al Arab, the only seven star hotel and signature landmark of Dubai. As the pioneer of Lebanese creation in Singapore, Chef Mohamad remains committed to importing all the ingredients directly from Lebanon in order to give the real taste of Lebanese food.
